Life making is my creative practice. I am most interested in working with the creativity that grief can unearth and the life force that begs to be expressed when I have been in deep despair. I explore my creativity publicly, most consistently, in written form and by asking a lot of questions. I am guided by the question "What can emerge when I center joy, pleasure and rest while living alongside my deep grief?"
